Our newly formed WTLH Student Committee is hosting an Art Exhibit! We are looking for art that represents being a light in someone’s storm. If you have an interest in art and would like to contribute then we want to hear from you! All contributors will be entered into a draw to win our new WTLH hoodie which is coming soon!

We are so proud to share this post with you! This week we presented with a cheque for $103 000 to support the redevelopment of Mental Health and Addiction Services. This was the result of months of hard work by our committee to raise funds and awareness on the importance of these services and their value in supporting a healthy community. Thank you to all the donors, volunteers, walkers and supporters. You have made it clear that mental health matters. 💚

How has it already been a week?!

We have had seven wonderful days of thankfulness, gratitude and love as we reflect on our 5th annual Walk to the Lighthouse 💚

September 21st was so much more than a walk. It’s honour those who walked before us. It’s supporting those around us. It’s setting up those who are yet to come with the education and tools to create a mentally healthier tomorrow.

An event of this size wouldn’t be possible without the support of our community. A huge thank YOU to all our sponsors, community care partners, supporting businesses, and the hundreds of people who turned out to show up for mental health and addiction services
