Cornerstone Movement Institute At Cornerstone Movement Institute, our mission is to teach movement. Boutique Pilates Studio offering private and group classes.

We combine the study and discipline of the biomechanics of the body in motion combined with the principles taught by Joseph Pilates for a whole integrated approach to moving the body. Mat, Springboard, Reformer, Wunda Chair and Pilates Cadillac. We offer various levels ranging from post-rehab to signature classes and/or sessions.

Gait is a coordinated, full-body process from the way the foot meets the ground, to how the spine rotates and the body transfers weight from one step to the next.

When these systems work together, movement feels more efficient, supported, and comfortable.
