Movement rooted in the true foundations of Pilates-breath, precision, and control.

We approach the fundamentals with intention. Every movement is thoughtful, purposeful, and precise. Throughout the month of January, we let go of the fluff, the trends, and the distractions, returning to what truly matters in our practice and our teaching.

Mindful Movement is a thoughtfully guided Pilates class that blends mindfulness practices with intentional movement on the reformer and tower, designed to strengthen the mind–body connection and support nervous system regulation. Class is held on Saturday Mornings from 8AM-8:50AM.

Designed for movement instructors, clinicians, and trainers, this science-driven series dives into biomechanics, functional movement, and practical application. Each workshop offers clear, evidence-based tools and language you can immediately integrate into your teaching and client work.

We kick off the series with Hip Essentials on January 30th (5:00 to 8:00 PM), led by Kristen Carrington. This workshop explores the mechanics of the hip complex, common movement patterns and limitations, and practical strategies to support strong, balanced, and efficient movement.
