🌱 We’re Growing to Better Support Our Community! 🌱

We’re excited to share that our practice has expanded once again! We’ve welcomed a new counsellor to our team who specializes in working with young children, allowing us to better support our littlest clients and their families.

As part of this growth, we’re also pleased to introduce Sand Therapy as a new service we’ll be offering moving forward. This creative, child-friendly approach helps children express emotions, build coping skills, and work through challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

Our goal is, and always has been, to help families thrive. If you’re looking for counselling services for your child or family, we’d love to connect.

We’re excited to share that construction is officially complete on our newly expanded waiting room! This update was an important step for us as we continue to grow and better serve our community. The additional space allows for a more comfortable, welcoming experience, and we’re proud to offer an improved environment for everyone who visits us. 🎉 FMC Is Growing! 🎉

We’re excited to share that construction has begun on our latest expansion! We’re adding 2 new counselling rooms, a dedicated groups room, and a new larger waiting area to better support the needs of our community.

When completed, FMC will offer 10 counselling rooms, a dedicated groups room, and an enhanced waiting space—all ready for use on January 1, 2026.

We’re grateful for the trust Burlington families place in us, and we look forward to continuing to serve our community in 2026 and beyond! 💙

🌼 FMC is growing again! 🌼

We’re thrilled to welcome Idelsi Cano, our newest Registered Psychotherapist, to the FMC team! 💙

Idelsi brings compassion, experience, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and families find balance, healing, and growth. She will be working primarily on Saturdays, making it easier for clients to access support on weekends.

With Idelsi joining us, FMC is now up to 14 incredible staff members — all dedicated to supporting our community and helping families thrive. 🌿
