🚨Want to become a stronger, more resilient runner?🚨

Registration is once again open for a NEW 8-Week block of the •Propelled Runner Strength and Conditioning Program•. This program is for those who are constantly dealing with running-related injuries, and the runners who want to improve their strength in all the right areas to tackle the challenging runs with a smile on their face.

We are proud to announce that this block of Propelled Runner classes will be led by the amazing Coach Martin, of coachmartin.ca

DETAILS:
◾️ Start date: July 7th
◾️ 8 weekly classes (every Monday from 6-7pm)
◾️ 1HR/class
◾️ Cost of the full program: $120
◾️ Spots are limited
◾️ Goals: To build a stronger runner, one who has confidence on challenging runs, can tackle hills with ease, and wants to minimize the risk of injury.
◾️ This is a supervised program so exercises can be tailored according to people’s needs.
Over the course of the 8 weeks, participants will:
◾️ be led through a set of 8 classes exposing them to various strength and conditioning regimens specifically tailored to runners

Last week, Dr. Alison Lejkowski delivered her “No-Nonsense Desk Job Survival Guide” to help staff stay pain-free and energized at work. From adjusting your monitor height to simple stretches that actually work, it’s all about stacking the odds in your body’s favour.

Repetitive strain injuries are real. But, they can also be mitigated. With a little knowledge and a few tweaks to your routine, you can protect your body and keep showing up strong, day after day.

They say if you can’t be an athlete, be an athletic supporter—you can also be BOTH

We’re looking for energetic volunteers to help keep runners hydrated and motivated at our high-energy aid station for the Around the Bay Road Race () on March 30th! This year, we’ll be at Lasalle Park (20K mark of the 30K route), handing out water, cheering like crazy, and making sure runners get the boost they need to keep going.

🏃‍♂️ Why volunteer?
✔️ Experience the excitement of Canada’s oldest road race!
✔️ Give back to the local running community.
✔️ Perfect for high school students to earn volunteer hours!
✔️ Get some great merch!

RUNNERS WANTED! Registration once again open for a NEW 8-Week block of the •Propelled Runner Strength and Conditioning Program•. This program is for those who want to tackle the challenging runs with a smile on their face.

🚨ONLY 4 SPOTS REMAINING!🚨

◾️ Spots are limited to 12 participants!
◾️ Goals: To build a stronger runner, one that has confidence on challenging runs, can tackle hills with ease, and wants to minimize the risk of injury.
◾️ This is a supervised program so exercises can be tailored according to people’s needs.

Our services take you from injury to recovery, and all the way to strength & conditioning. And we bill your insurance company directly!

Our core services include: chiropractic, sport specialist chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy and exercise medicine. We also provide: one-on-one training with healthcare providers, condition-specific group exercise classes, Active Release Technique (ART), medical acupuncture, custom-fit orthotics, orthopaedic bracing, pregnancy care, post-pregnancy rehabilitation, conditioning program design, exercise technique analysis, paediatric rehabilitation, corporate wellness programming and educational workshops.
