"I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Richard. I had a dental emergency while visiting my family in Ancaster, ON, and I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The receptionist, Debbie, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Dr. Richard explained that the timing of the appointment allowed him to address my issue right away.

My experience in the chair was excellent—no pain, and above all, Dr. Richard and his dental technician took great care of my problem. Thank you for a job well done. I’m grateful my sister recommended this practice, and I’m glad to say her positive experience matches my own."
