The GSRP is a bioindividualized mindful functional fitness program that can be undertaken regardless of health status as level start with post-rehab and progress to elite athlete training. As regular practice leads to better joint alignment, neural signaling, myofascial function, joint mobility, overall strength, improved cardiovascular function and increased mind-body connections, the result is a stronger, more mobile pain-free body! Individualized programs are developed based on a complete health history and an in-depth functional orthopedic assessment.
