As we welcome a new year, we’re so grateful to continue caring for this beautiful community and supporting you in your wellness journey. Being trusted with your care is something we never take lightly, and we feel incredibly thankful to be doing this work alongside such amazing people.

🎒Back-to-school is in FULL swing, which means those backpacks are getting lots of use! The way your child carries their bag can make a big difference for comfort, posture, and growing spines.

Here are a few simple tips to keep those little backs happy:
✨ Always wear both straps
✨ Adjust straps so they’re snug, not loose
✨ Keep zippers closed so things don’t pull unevenly
✨ Choose a backpack that isn’t wider than your child’s shoulders
