Last chance!
Our Help for Helpers Facebook Live replay won’t be available for much longer.
Inside, you’ll learn 3 practical strategies designed for first responders — tools to calm your nervous system, spot burnout early, and reconnect with what matters most.
Burnout doesn’t always look like exhaustion.
For first responders, it can show up as irritability, numbness, or never being able to switch off after a shift.
That’s why we created Help for Helpers — a structured program with tools that actually fit your world.
In our Facebook Live, we shared 3 strategies to reset, recover, and reconnect.

I work with teens, tweens, and adults, who experience painful emotions and have lingering negative thoughts and images due to anxiety, a traumatic experience, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress, procrastination, grief, anger, depression, and peer relationships.
My areas of specialization are
Emergency Responders (i.e. Police Officers, Fire Fighters, Paramedics, and ER personnel)
Anxiety Disorders
Stress Management
PTSD and Trauma
In my session I use a combination of different therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and Mindfulness Therapy. You set the pace, I provide the guidance. My sessions are focused on teaching and practicing coping skills, and delving into deeper, underlying patterns of emotions and behaviors. Together we will explore what works best for you, and make a plan on how you can start feeling empowered and in control of your life.
Finding a therapist and starting the therapy process can be scary. So let’s not complicate things :) I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have, discover a little about you to see if we are a good fit, and talk you through my sessions. We’ll discuss goals, what you can expect from working with me, and anything else you’d like to know before scheduling a session.
