I’m here today not to share news, but to CELEBRATE with you this MASSIVE milestone and goal!

This is a journey that started more than 5 years ago with lots and lots of effort and dedication for the work that I do and the couples that I do this for!

- COUN 5315 Couples Therapy (Masters/Graduate course)
- Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy Training
- Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy Training
- Level 3 Gottman Method Couples Therapy Training
- The Gottman’s Institute Couples and Addiction Recovery Training
- The Gottman’s Institute Affairs and Trauma in Couples Training

All that just to QUALIFY for the certification track.

I was so blessed and HONORED to be under the guidance and mentorship of one of the greatest Couples Therapists in the field, Dr. Don Cole, the Clinical Director of the Gottman Institute. Having Don as my consultant made it an invaluable experience and journey, and I’m definitely a better couples therapist today because of him!

After 22 months in the certification track, I’m SO happy, excited, and proud to share that I am now officially a Certified Gottman Therapist by The !

I’m so thankful to everyone who supported me through that journey - especially my clients who have placed their trust in me and allowed me to pursue that goal!

I’m just so happy and grateful 🙏

This is for sure one for the books!

And this ... is yet another beginning for what comes next!

I had a time earlier in the year when words would just flow.

So I would open the camera and start talking.. Whatever felt like coming out at the time.. Whatever I wanted to share with the world.

But it wasn’t a time for “computer work.” I had no mental capacity to sit at my desk, edit, evaluate, and scrutinize the content. I wasn’t in that space. My mind was not in that cognitive flow.

So these videos never saw the light.

Today, my energy is shifting. I’m in a quieter space. I’m in a reflective space. I’m in a building space. Not a creative one.

When people ask me, “Why aren’t you making videos?” my answer is, “I have nothing to say.”

Because to me, it was never about content creation. It has always been, “I either have something to say and share with the world, so I do. Or I don’t, so I don’t.”

So today, I have the energy to look at these videos, to edit them, and to evaluate if that content is of essence, or some random word vomit. hashtag Some were good; Some were word vomit.

I’m sharing the ones worth sharing, and I’m calling them the 📖

My camera and lighting were not the best, but the words came from the heart, and they truly wanted to be shared. So I’m choosing to let them fly out of the cage so that they resonate with those who need them. I know they’re out there somewhere :). And I see you, and these videos were made for you 💛

🖤🤍 All-or-nothing thinking sounds like: “If it isn’t perfect, it’s pointless.”
Then come the fatigue, self-criticism, and that heavy “why try?” feeling.

Try this instead:
✅ Pick one doable step
📏 Adjust the bar to realistic metrics,
🌱 and acknowledge how your efforts move you forward.

Progress > perfection, always.
