Just like Rome wasn’t built in a day. Results like these weren’t either. And they continue to still be a work in progress.

Here we see she’s finally got a decent amount of projection for her chin. But we still got some shadowing leftover and the shape of her chin can be better. However, due to her tissue being “tighter/stiff” I was limited at each step on how much I was able to build her chin.

Some people have tissue that is soft and very malleable which is able to stretch a lot all at once. Others have very stiff tissue that requires a slow build and time in between for the tissue to stretch and expand before we can add a bit more.

This time frame can be 1 month or it can be 6 months and more. It really depends on each person.

So patience and trust is key 🔑

Let's call this one a nonsurgical facelift

For these types of results, less is always more but less doesn't mean very little product. The right amount of product is needed in all the right places. Not too much not too little.

This lovely patient wanted an overall lifted and refreshed look. So in order to achieve these results, we have to break it down to what makes a face look heavy in the first place.

Heavy is weight or more volume on the lower face compared to the upper face.
Some people in these cases jump straight to cheek filler for more upper volume. Which personally I think widens the face unnecessarily. You really have to put a fair amount of product into the cheeks to get that ratio and by then it often looks nuts. Then the filler draws in water then things start looking super rounded and puffy. Just a terrible idea

I chose a more minimalistic approach to exposing what naturally hers already. End results are clean, trimmed in, and feminine

This lovely patient’s face was previously overfilled. Not only did this create an overall heavier and
rounded appearance, the
patient also experienced diminished mobility to her face

Post dissolve and subtle

Side profile view: Chin was previously rounded which in turn created a more circular appearance for the overall face.

Post injection, filler was carefully placed to not exactly extend the chin but to really just follow through with the natural path of her jawline

Final results are natural and undetectable. Great work should be noticeable enough for you to know but subtle enough that it keeps others guessing

Rebuilding the entire lower face to follow along the path of her natural jawline

Though it’s not visible in her before picture, she actually has a pretty good jawline. However, she was lacking both the jawbone and the follow through of the chin.

In order to achieve this refined look for this patient, work was done to re-angle her chin, build her a jawbone, and clean up all shadows in between that may have been taking away from her natural jawline

Transformations such as these take alot of time and work as I really want to ensure results are natural every step along the way

Even though I knew this patient needed more syringes initially, I only allowed for 1 syringe at a time. This ensured we maintained shape. Too much filler all at once especially for tissue that is more stiff will result in a bulky mess.

So there was a lot of patience required along the way for this transformation and this patient was so great in trusting the process ❤️

These results required a lot of building as there was a long ways to go to lengthen the distance between the jawbone and ear. The objective of that is to create a softer slope for the jawline to taper off into her chin
