What is Force-Couple Kingdom? Without that partnership, the joint, or world, would not be the same.

As defined by the medical dictionary, a force-couple is a Biomechanical principle where two or more muscles acting in different directions influence the rotation of a joint in a specific direction. We use this analogy to represent individuals who are in a relationship, (family, marriage, common-law, friends), who combine their unique experiences and individuality to work together to make an impact on the world (the joint). We create movement, and the focus of our company is to further a positive change in the community. The word "Kingdom" suggests that we are part of something bigger than ourselves.

Do you struggle with night time snack cravings? This might help satisfy that desire and takes minutes to make! These chips are beautiful, flavourful, and delicious! Feel free to add whatever seasoning you like, but they are simply good just by itself. Here’s the recipe:

30 Calorie Rice Paper Chips

1. Soak rice paper in warm water and fold in half
2. Cut the paper into small squares
3. Air fry at 400deg for 8 minutes
4. Crunch and enjoy!
