Using a footstool in the washroom can make it a lot easier for your pelvic floor muscles to relax. That means easier bowel movements, less straining, less time spent on the toilet, and reduced risk of developing issues like hemorrhoids.

Were you ever explained the exact reason why this helps? Make sure to send this to someone you know needs to learn this 😉

Play isn’t just for kids—it’s how we reconnect with joy, creativity, and lightness. It helps soothe your nervous system and shift you out of stress mode.

This weekend, don’t just rest—have fun. Dance in your kitchen, sing out loud, be silly on purpose. You’re allowed to enjoy yourself without earning it.💜✨

In a typical Initial Assessment/ Treatment session we go through the following steps:

1️⃣Take a Thorough Medical History and Symptoms

2️⃣Education about your pelvic floor, causes of your symptoms, impact of different habits on your condition and general pelvic health

3️⃣Physical Assessment

4️⃣Analysis of the Findings

5️⃣Treatment Plan based on your goals

6️⃣Home Exercise Program

Every session is different for each person and depending on your condition and goals, we may need to spend more time in a step in the initial session to ensure comprehensive and individualized care is provided.

Check out our website for more information about what to expect from your initial session 💜

Engaging in se**al activity can pose health risks, such as urinary tract infections and seally transmitted infections (STIs). However, it’s essential to dispel the long-held myth that s*x can permanently stretch or loosen the va**na.
No matter the frequency of se**al activity, the va**na naturally accommodates pe*******on during s*x by temporarily expanding its muscles. Yet, it returns to its original shape after the act.

This misinformation not only promotes harm but also perpetuates unwarranted shame. This can result in an anticipation of pain or injury for some women and result in an actual physiological response to tense up during interc**rse and feel discomfort during penetrative s*x.

Medically speaking, this idea lacks accuracy and understanding of the natural processes involved.
