“Nonoxynol-9” or “N-9” is an ingredient that can be found in many s***micides and some lubricants. This organic compound can destroy and immobilize s***m and therefore prevents pregnancy. However, it can also kill the vaginal bacteria and cause irritation, inflammation and infections.

Consider using products that do not contain N-9 and consult your doctor in case any irritation occurs.

What constitutes a normal and healthy Bowel Movement routine? Here’s an insight into what is considered normal:

✅No Leaking: A healthy bowel movement should not be associated with any unexpected leakage.

✅Frequency: The frequency of bowel movements can vary from person to person. Generally, it’s considered normal to have a bowel movement anywhere from three times a day to three times a week. Consistency is more important than frequency.

✅Stool Consistency: Healthy stools are usually soft, formed, and easy to pass without pain or needing to strain. Refer to the Bristol Stool Chart to gauge the ideal consistency.

✅Effortless Passing: Normal bowel movements should be easy and painless. If you experience pain during or after a bowel movement, it’s essential to consult a healthcare provider for a thorough evaluation.

✅Feeling of Complete Evacuation: After a bowel movement, you should feel a sense of complete emptying.

✅No Pain During and After Having a Bowel Movement: Pain during or after a bowel movement is not normal and warrants attention from a healthcare professional. If you’re experiencing pain, don’t hesitate to seek medical advice.

“Intimate” or “Feminine” washes are not necessary to keep your V***a clean. Despite their claims to balance the PH and reduce itchiness or irritation, they can do more harm than good.

Water & a gentle, unscented soap are sufficient to keep the V***a clean.
