Most PCOS advice online oversimplifies fertility but clinically, we know:
➡️ It's metabolic
➡️ It's hormonal
➡️ It's highly individualized

PCOS fertility is not one-size-fits-all
The right testing + strategy can change your timeline completely.

This is why a structured evidence-based approach matters.

If you're navigating PCOS and thinking about pregnancy, start by understanding your body first.

I'll be sharing more on how to do that step-by-step.
Share this with a friend who is in the trenches right now.

Trying to conceive with PCOS can feel frustrating, confusing, and isolating.

You're told to "just wait", "keep trying", or put on meds- without really understanding what's happening to your body.

This is where I do things differently.

I support fertility by focusing on the root cause:
✨️Hormone Balance
✨️Ovulation Support
✨️Reducing Inflammation
✨️Improving Egg Quality

Using a combination of expert fertility care in clinic and guided support at home, we work with your body- not against it.

You don't have to figure this out alone.

A year ago… me and my baby girl 🤍

What you don’t see in this photo is everything that came before her.

With PCOS, I knew I couldn’t just “hope” for a healthy pregnancy—I had to prepare my body for it.

Before conceiving, I focused on:
✨ Balancing my blood sugar
✨ Nourishing my body with the right nutrients
✨ Supporting ovulation + hormone health
✨ Regulating my nervous system

And that foundation made all the difference—not just in getting pregnant, but in having a healthy pregnancy and a thriving baby.

But here’s the part no one talks about enough…

After both my pregnancies, it took time to feel like me again.

Not just physically—but mentally, emotionally, hormonally.

There was no “bounce back.”

There was rebuilding.

Slowly creating a self-care routine that actually fit into my life as a mom of 2. Learning to take care of myself in a sustainable way—not an extreme one.

Because healing with PCOS (and postpartum) isn’t about rushing.

It’s about:
🌿 Consistency over perfection
🌿 Gentle structure over extremes
🌿 Supporting your body instead of fighting it

If you’re in that season right now—trying to find your way back to yourself…

You’re not behind. You’re rebuilding 🤍

And if you’re curious about how I prepared my body for pregnancy with PCOS or how I support my hormones now, feel free to send me a DM. I’m always happy to share.

Wanted to share a WIN of losing 5 lbs(by Aug 4th) but also some other wins. I've started taking care of myself, I've been an example of leading a healthier lifestyle for my babies.

When I lay down my yoga mat, my toddler wants to play on it, she sees me doing some yoga. She joins me briefly and then takes over the mat with her toys 🤣🤣 and then I pivot to doing weights.

She picks up a different set of weights and plays with it. This is a huge win for me as a mom because I know that kids do what they see us do, not what they are told.

Taking care of yourself is going to be messy with babies, but we still show up for ourselves and lead by example. I'm not only showing up for myself but also for my children as well.

That feeling where you've just had a full meal but want to have more or want to have a dessert. That's classic insulin resistance.

Sugar cravings are very common in women with PCOS, which is caused by insulin resistance. This in- turn, causes hormonal imbalances that keep you from ovulating and having a regular period. Irregular ovulation and irregular periods make it really hard to track and conceive.

It's a vicious cycle where you don't end up getting the nutrients your body needs and hence have cravings.

KEY is to break that vicious cycle to start getting the nutrients your body needs, which will eventually stop the cravings.

1. There's research that shows that PCOS women lack inositol more than the rest of the population, which is why supplementing really helps. It works even with just 1x supplementing. You don't have to wait weeks for it to work.

2. Bitters are a great way of stimulating digestion, improving metabolism, and by that reducing sugar cravings. Arugula or other bitter greens can be really great. I also get my patients to start their meal with a targeted botanical bitter tincture I put together for them.

3. ACV diluted with water at the beginning of the meal will improve digestive capacity by reducing the pH of your stomach, which activates proteases and other enzymes that are responsible for breaking down food. This allows for better absorption of nutrients and reducing insulin resistance.

4. Lastly, this is a big one. The proportion of plate really has a huge impact on the way you'll feel after. SUGAR FEEDS ON SUGAR, so if your plate has more than 50% of simple carbs, you are going to want to eat more carbs. Balance that plate by adding protein, fats and fiber(veggies) and watch your cravings go down and feel satiated after you eat.

If you've tried all this and still having sugar cravings, then DM me to start the conversation on what else we can work on to support you and to bring your body back into balance. I'd love to help.

Do you have sugar cravings?

Spring is here! 🌸🌸🌸 It's so lovely to see new growth that represents hope and prosperity.
But sadly for so many, this season is filled with tears, itchy eyes, itchy nose, itchy throat and nasal congestion.
Seasonal allergies are not easy to deal with. It makes it hard not only to enjoy the beautiful outdoors but also to work and be productive.
