My last article on what it means to be transgender has been so deeply received, and I want to say thank you SO so much đŸ„șđŸ„° especially to those of you (especially fellow practitioners) who shared it with your clients and friends
that truly means so much to me.

This is honestly my dream. To create resources that connect, offer insight, and help folx feel a little less alone in their experience.

So here’s another one, something I hear all the time from my ADHD folx (and yes, myself included): “Why do I lose track of time so easily?”

In this piece, I unpack time blindness in a gentle, ADHD-affirming way, and share a few reframes and supportive strategies to help us work with our brains. If this is something you’ve been navigating too, I hope it feels like a soft place to land 😉

Why do I lose track of time so easily? Learn how ADHD and time blindness affect time perception and explore practical, affirming ways to cope.

Somewhere along the way, writing blogs stopped being just something I did to optimize my website.
It slowly became a passion project, an outpouring of my love for this work and for the transgender and neurodivergent communities I have the privilege of walking alongside.
This topic is especially close to my heart. I first wrote about it eons ago, when I was still figuring things out for myself. And apparently, the same question kept surfacing again and again in sessions “What does it mean to be transgender?” so I felt deeply compelled to revisit it and create this piece. It blends what I’ve witnessed in the therapy room with my own personal reflections. It’s about doubt. Identity. And debunking the myth of being “trans enough.”

My hope is that it offers a lived perspective, clarity, and expansiveness, and that it might be a resource for anyone you know who has ever questioned their gender identity.

If it resonates, or reminds you of something someone once shared with you, feel free to pass it along. Let’s keep the ripple going.

What does it mean to be transgender? Break free from “trans enough” myths and explore identity with clarity and possibility

Coming out later in life can feel like a truth bomb you didn’t see coming, even if it’s been quietly ticking inside for years. After countless convos with clients and fellow practitioners, many of whom asked me to write about this.

I finally did đŸ„°

Not from a high horse, but from lived experience. I’ve been there, and I’ve had the honour of walking beside others through it too. Whether you’re 28, 48, or 68, this blog is for anyone who’s wondered: “Is it too late to come out?”

Spoiler: it’s not. You’re not broken. You’re not behind. You’re right on time.

It’s your time to shine! Let’s talk about what it really means to start living as your full self, no matter when it happens.

Coming out later in life can be messy, healing, and real. You’re not broken or behind, just right on time. Here's what that journey can look like.

Here goes the fourth installment to my q***r and christian series.

Society has a narrative that dictates the expected behaviors and roles we are “supposed” to assume to be happy and successful.

Well, being q***r means not swallowing these social norms whole...

It's not always easy, though, that's why sometimes we need to hide ourselves to protect our safety and guarantee our sanity.

Though the thing is, that’s not how life should be. Hiding your beautiful, authentic self doesn’t serve you in the long run. And I’m going to share with you how finding myself can teach you how to be yourself.

Finding myself meant giving up a lot of what I thought I knew. And being ok with it. It takes work, but it's a big part of acceptance

Wooooo 7 weeks. This is gotta be record breaking time of a hiatus from writing something for me... Before I head out for my trip to Indo recently, I was on the roll with publishing an article every 2-3 weeks.. Gotta say that this break has been incredible and much needed for me..

Fiuh.

Now that I'm back and can see things with a fresh(er) perspective, I'm jumping back on my "q***r and spiritual" article train...

Chosen family is about finding the people who truly see, accept, and support you. In this post, I share my journey of belonging, how I found my own chosen family, and why it's so vital for q***r individuals. If you're searching for your people, *wink wink* this is for you 🙃

I met someone recently who shared that reading my articles felt like a breath of fresh air. As someone who greatly value connection and relate-ability, it felt like a huge compliment having someone said that they see their story in my writings..

This inspired me to come up with a series of articles on being q***r and christian. At glance, the two seemed very contradictory, though the more I explore, the more I realized that it is very possible to be both.

Confidently.

Peacefully.

Unapologetically.

Alright, I’ve sat on this for a while, but I feel like it’s time to finally talk about gender identity as seasons. Yes, IT’S TIME

With the change in seasons, one topic I’ve seen repeatedly is the notion of gender identity as seasons. While this is a newer term in my repertoire, it's not a foreign concept to me by any means.

Read and find out more!

[Sweet shout out to my steadfast collaborator, Vivien DA of Charisma Creative, who helped put my thoughts into reality]

All these while, I am actively writing, and it became my creative outlet.. There's been time when I wondered if it's any good, if people somewhere out there in the unievrse read or benefit from these...
SO... (dun dun dun)
It felt like one of the huge-st win of the year when I met with people who told me that they been following along my content and resonated with what I've put out to the world

What they shared almost lit up the fire in me to... share more of my drafts to the world.. Here goes some informational content that I wrote a while back after listening in to a weekly mentorship call hosted by Transcare BC.

As someone who's super passionate about gender identity and self exploration, I am driven to make anything gender affirming care related be made most accesible.

Some of you know that anything gender identity related is my jam...
And totally something that gets me on fire đŸ”„

One (important) fact that some of you brought to my attention is that.. I haven't talked a whole lot about my offering, that's very near and dear to my heart!

Tadaaaa....

Other than one-on-one counselling, I do also offer Hormone Readiness Assessment...

It's a 90-min ish meeting where we get to chat about where you are in your gender identity journey and where you'd like to be!
