Ashley Ostonal
Ashley is a part time elementary school teacher, Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, Sound Practitioner, Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, and is a Certified Aromatherapist.

With a deep passion for holistic healing, Ashley combines her skills to support others in their journey toward balance and well-being. In her Reiki sessions, she channels universal life energy through her hands to promote relaxation, reduce stress, ease pain, and foster emotional and spiritual harmony. To further enhance healing, each session incorporates the use of essential oils and aromatherapy.

When not working, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as creating aromatherapy products. She is continually expanding her knowledge and exploring new modalities to complement her existing practices, always eager to support others in their healing journeys.

As a recent Graduate of WCCMT Liam strives to promote a feeling of wellness in everyone he treats. With an extensive background in athletics, specifically lacrosse and hockey, it is his passion to help his patients reach their goals using various techniques and modalities. Throughout Liam’s time studying at WCCMT, he treated a variety of patients with conditions ranging from acute injuries like sprains and strains to chronic conditions and illnesses like cerebral palsy and MS. Rest assured whatever the request and need of the patient he will apply himself to promote a feeling of wellness and progress.

Niya is a skilled and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist, having graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2022. With a strong focus on deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, Niya works with clients to alleviate chronic pain, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being. Whether helping to release muscle tension or address specific musculoskeletal issues, her approach is both therapeutic and personalised to meet each client’s unique needs.
Having grown up in Kamloops BC, outside of her practice Niya is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, and staying active at the gym.
