Lets talk all things BEAM!
I love playing on my balance beam! It is a fun way work on balance, proprioception and foot strength!
Some beam benefits:
•Working on balance and stability starting in the feet and working up the chain
•Training proprioception in a fun way
•Helps to splay the feet and works on the transverse arch of the foot!
•Strengthens intrinsic and extrinsic muscles of the foot
•Strengthens the whole kinetic chain (feet, legs, and hips)
•Allows your body and mind to enter a flow state
• Can help to bring out your inner child and play mindset
