Casting Call for local amputee!!

WE ARE HOPING FOR A FEW MORE OPTIONS AND WILL WAIT FOR YOU IF YOU LET US KNOW YOUR SUBMISSION IS COMING>>DEADLINE IS TODAY PLEASE GET YOUR TAPE IN:) Jigsaw Casting is seeking Various Individuals, Couples and Families in the BC area for a vacation rental Campaign filming in Vancouver!

Looking for the following roles:
1. Child Amputee (age 8-14) with his or her family. Scenario - He or she is learning to Ski. Must be comfortable with this. Our child has a prosthetic device. If the whole family can all ski, even better! Family members are encouraged to apply with them. 4 to 5 family members: parents, grandparents or siblings. WE ARE OPEN TO FOLKS IN THE ALBERTA AREA AS WELL AS BC FOR THIS ROLE.
2. A man with a disability. Age 20 - 35. (Visible or invisible) Family members are encouraged to apply with him, they can submit up to 5 members. We need at least one member. ie brother or parent.
3. Couples (LGBTQIA+ or Heterosexual) - Ages 25 to 35.
4. Latino Couple with their teenage kids. Couple - ages 40 - 50. They can submit up to 3 children with them.

Payment - $5,000.00 adults $4,000 kids, if selected. No in person audition or previous acting experience is required. This is a non-union campaign. You must reside in BC to apply. For role 1 Child amputee and family, you can reside in BC or Alberta.

Very interesting!!

Singapore researchers have developed "electronic skin" capable of recreating a sense of touch, an innovation they hope will allow people with prosthetic limbs to detect objects, as well as feel texture, or even temperature and pain.

Our client Luciano was very happy this morning getting some home-grown lettuce from his garden.
