Dear members,

The year has been full of moments big and small that matter, and it’s your dedication that keeps it all moving. This season, we celebrate the people who make care possible.

In 2025, SafeCare BC had the opportunity to collaborate with you on strengthening workplace safety and supporting healthier care environments. Together, we advanced psychological safety, expanded learning opportunities through new micro-learnings and webinars, and increased the reach of our programs through translated resources, improved accessibility features, and an expanded suite of consultative services.

Your participation in initiatives like Safety Den, Support Services Day, Hearts and Hands, and our new psychological health and safety pilot reflects the strong dedication within this sector to supporting its workforce. These efforts are helping build knowledge and capacity across organizations throughout the province.

We are grateful for your continued commitment to workplace health and safety and for the trust you place in SafeCare BC. We look forward to working with you in 2026 as we continue building safer and healthier workplaces for all care providers.

Wishing you and your teams a joyful, restorative, and bright holiday season.

Sincerely,
The SafeCare BC team
