Hello Everyone! I'm almost completely booked for the rest of the year, although I do have a cancelation list you can be added to. Text or call to see my availability.

A reminder, since with massage therapy physical distancing is not possible wearing masks will still be required during massages whether a person is fully vaccinated or not.
I work on many elderly and immune compromised people and I feel I need to protect the people I work on as much as I can.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this call me and we can discuss my practice protocols.

If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell with any covid symptoms or is waiting to be tested/waiting for test results for covid, or have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days please let me know and I'll reschedule your appointment.

If anyone wants to know I'm open to disclosing that I am fully vaccinated. At this time I'm open to treating people who aren't because masks are effective, although I'm not open to others in the treatment area if they aren't wearing as mask.

Now that the mandatory masks restrictions have been lifted does it still apply in a massage therapy setting?

Some people have been wondering if during the new restrictions if my mobile business is still operating. It absolutely is! I'm allowed to practice massage therapy in people's homes because I'm a single person, following all safety protocols for business. It's really on the comfort levels of everyone.

Everyone wears masks, and I ask people to be wearing them before answering their door, I'm diligent about disinfecting and cleaning and all screening questions are completed before an appointment. Recently I've been taking temperatures of all clients and myself every morning.

My partner and I are super careful having family that's immune compromised.

With the announcement of Phase 2 restarting on May 19th and RMTs being part it, my business may reopen within the next few weeks. There's still protocols to be put in place and each phase will start slowly, with Dr. Bonnie Henry saying exactly which sectors can open and how that looks going forward. Until then, Linda Ann Farruggia RMT remains closed. I want to provide the safest environment for everyone. Once we hear we can definitely start up again I'll update here, send out an email as well as text to advise people they can start booking in for massages.
