Looking for fun ways to spark your child's curiosity and independence at home?

Try creative sensory play that invites exploration—like DIY texture bins, scented playdough, or nature scavenger hunts. These activities help kids learn through touch, smell, and finding new things while building confidence in their own abilities.

Ready to see your little one lead the adventure? Let us help you get started!

Did you know that many common challenges like difficulty sitting still or struggles with reading can be linked to un-integrated primitive reflexes? These automatic movements, present from birth, should naturally fade as your child grows. When they don't, it can impact motor control, attention, and learning.

The good news? Simple, daily activities designed to support reflex integration can help your child gain better control over their body and boost their confidence in school and play.

Want to learn easy ways to support your child's reflex integration at home?

Last Call - Happening Tomorrow!

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking…

“Why do I have to remind them 10 times?”
“They know what to do - so why aren’t they doing it?”
“Why is everything such a struggle?”

You are not alone, and your child is not just being difficult. Many of these difficulties stem from challenges with executive functioning, a set of skills that develop over time and require teaching, practice, and adult support.

Join us Feb 3rd for a parent education evening focused on helping you better understand executive functioning and ADHD, and walk away with practical, realistic strategies you can use at home right away.

If you’re nodding along, you’re not alone.

These everyday struggles are some common ways executive functioning challenges show up, especially for kids with ADHD.

At our upcoming parent education night, we’ll connect these behaviours to the underlying skills that might need some additional support (like working memory, time awareness, and emotional regulation) and share practical, realistic strategies you can use at home to support your child.
