Cloudy days or days when we don’t feel the heat don’t mean that UV rays can’t damage our eyes. On the contrary, cloudy days aren’t dense enough to protect us from harmful UV rays. Be sure to wear sunscreen for your skin and sunglasses with UV protection for your eyes.
