The Hat's Off Day event in Burnaby Heights was a hit! Kindred Counselling had a presence and offered children to make a squishy stress ball. It was also nice to just connect to people from the area. I was actually surprised by how many people enquired about counselling services and wanted to have a conversation about mental health. Awesome day!
