Burnaby DUDES' Club is a dude-led, Indigenous-guided, and peer-driven brotherhood for men’s wellness. The DUDES' Club’s doors are always open every Monday 6-8PM, including this holiday season (throughout December and January)! Come join this safe space for all men to connect and build lifelong friendships. This is also a place where everyone shares ideas and learns more about health and wellness from fellow men and licensed healthcare advisors, who come to share their knowledge from time to time. Another exciting event from us - our Fall 2024 Mental Health Workshop Series! The series, hosted in collaboration by the Burnaby DUDES' Club and Burnaby Division of Family Practice/Burnaby Primary Care Networks will consist of 4 (four) sessions, taking place every 2 (two) weeks from Monday, October 21, 2024 to Monday, December 2, 2024 at 5:30pm - 6:00pm at the BNH Community Hall, 5024 Rumble St. The workshops will focus on the subject of mental health, with a wide range of areas of discussion on the best resources/tips for healthy living and accessing primary care in Burnaby. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity!

The whole workshop series is open to everyone and 100% free of charge. All participants are also more than welcome to share this invite with their networks, and strongly encouraged to stay and join the Burnaby DUDES' Club Weekly Gathering (from 6:00pm - 8:00pm) immediately after each workshop!
