It restores optimum function to mind & body by supporting the letting-go of deep tensions to relieve pain and dysfunction while improving whole-body optimum function. The interconnection of the mind, body and spirit are acknowledged, as well as how the body reflects experiences and retains the memory of trauma. The Hyndman Method allows you to restore optimum function to all body systems; With this optimum function the symptoms of ill health can be resolved.

❓Did you know… neurofeedback can gently support your nervous system during grief? 💙

Grief is a natural response to loss, but it can overwhelm your nervous system—leading to sleep challenges, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty focusing.

Dynamical Neurofeedback® provides real-time feedback to your brain, helping your nervous system notice patterns of stress and naturally move toward balance. This can create space for calm, clearer thinking, and emotional resilience as you navigate your unique healing journey.

✨ Healing doesn’t follow a straight line, and your nervous system can be a trusted ally along the way.

Embodiment tip: When emotions feel heavy, pause to take a few slow breaths, feeling the support of your body beneath you.

🍃Everything in nature unfolds in its own time.

So does healing.
So does clarity.
So does change.

You don’t have to push.
You just have to pause long enough to listen.

That’s what we practice here — the art of slowing down, tuning in, and letting your body lead.

✨ This is your reminder today: You’re not behind. You’re right on time.

• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Sea salt + cracked pepper to taste
• Optional: sprinkle of turmeric or a dash of tamari for extra flavor

Assembly:

💚It’s International Self-Care Day 🌿
A gentle reminder that self-care isn’t a luxury — it’s a practice of returning to yourself.

It’s the moment you pause to breathe before reacting.

The small choices that help you feel nourished instead of depleted.

The support you allow yourself when your system is overloaded.

In my practice, I help clients reconnect with the calm within — using tools like dynamical neurofeedback, embodiment practices, and guided rest to support real, lasting regulation.

Self-care doesn’t have to be perfect.
It just has to be yours.

If your nervous system is asking for something softer, something steadier — I’m here.

Ever had one of those moments where a small thing triggers a huge emotional wave?

You know it’s not logical.
You try to breathe through it… remind yourself to stay calm…
But the reaction takes over before you can catch it.

It’s jarring. Sometimes even shame-inducing.

But please hear this: This is a response, not a flaw.

These moments aren’t character flaws — they’re signs that old emotional patterns are still running in the background.

The good news? Your brain and body can learn new ways to respond.

Through dynamical neurofeedback, embodiment practices, and gentle, personalized support, I help clients soften these reactive loops, improve emotional flexibility, and feel safer in their own nervous system.

It’s not about what’s wrong with you, it’s about what’s ready to shift. You just need the right support to help your system remember how to regulate again.

When you’re ready, I’m here.

🌿 Mid-Summer Check-In 🌿

We’re deep into summer now — where the days stretch long and warm, but the energy can start to shift. It’s a beautiful time to pause and ask:

🌼 How is your nervous system doing right now?

🌼 Are you feeling grounded, or a little frayed at the edges?

🌼Are you resting, or powering through?

🌼 Are you listening to the whisper of your body… or tuning it out?

If you need a soft reset, a moment to re-regulate, or a reminder that you’re not broken — I’ve got a few ways to support that shift.

Reach out if you’d like to know how neurofeedback or embodiment work can help you return to yourself.
Sometimes a gentle nudge is all it takes to feel whole again.
