We are officially into fourth waves of pandemic. Keep protecting yourself and your loved ones. Please have your masks on if social distancing would have been compromised especially being indoors. Hand hygiene is also crucial in preventing coronavirus infection.
On the other hand, regular exercises is very important to maintain physical health and mental health. Just pick one time during the day to walk around the blocks is simple but very useful exercise habit, that can keep your bodies going. Duration of walking would depend on different individuals, consult your physiotherapist first is the best if you have any concern, especially you are out of exercise for a long time due to pandemic.
