Feeling deeply grateful to co-host the Rise With Light retreat on the Sunshine Coast.

Meditation was beautifully guided by Shifu Hui Chyuan, and the Dharma talk reminded us to "see things as they are"—without creating stories, just observing the mind and returning to presence. From that space, we can touch inner joy anytime, under any circumstances.

I was so lucky to share yoga with this incredible group and to practice Tai Chi with my teacher, Pierce Lin. Immense thanks to our amazing chef, Chhor Huy—her beautiful French cuisine made us feel like we were right in France.

What a beautiful group—sharing quiet moments of stillness and exploring the wonders of nature together. Many have asked, “When’s the next one?” Yes... another one is definitely on its way. Stay tuned!

According to the Public Health Agency of Canada, 1 in 3 adults aged 35 to 64, 1 in 4 adults aged 18 to 34, and 1 in 4 adults aged 65 to 79 are not getting enough sleep. Factors such as stress, sedentary lifestyles, and inconsistent sleep schedules contribute to sleep deprivation.
This online Yin Yoga class is very gentle and designed to help you relax deeply and improve sleep quality.​

Life is busy, and making it to a live class isn’t always easy. As requested by my crew,we'll make this class comes with a 10 day replay. Pls make sure to book before the class starts and practice at your convenience.

Starting March 28, we’re introducing UNWIND FRIDAY | Yin Yoga Series— 3 consecutive weeks of Yin Yoga for $49 only. Each class focuses on a unique theme to help you care for your body and mind.

Through long-held stretches and natural breathing, you’ll create space to unwind and calm the nervous system. Yin Yoga practice helps realign fascial tissues, which can correct imbalances in the body and improve over all posture and functionality. Whether you join for one session or all three, this is the best way to slow down, surrender and release all the tension accumulated during the week.

👩🏻Shifu,Let's talk about death.
🧑‍🦲It's definite.
👩🏻Right.But normally when our loved ones or someone we know passes away, that's when it truly hits us : oh,death is real. In Buddhism, the practice also includes the preparation for death. Why is it so important?
🧑‍🦲Buddhism teachings are not just about preparation for death. It guides us in learning how to live mindfully & 'correctly' and so we can die peacefully.

👩🏻Do you believe 'health ego'?
🧑‍🦲No. The word 'ego' already implies too much self importance. I'd say 'healthy confidence' would be more appropriate. As you see Arrogance-Confidence- Low self-esteem, confidence is in the middle.
