We've got a new cold bucket installed in our hydrotherapy circuit shower! Designed to spray more water in a surrounding area, you'll get a better full-body immersion when you do your shower 🚿

For those of you that haven't tried a cold bucket shower you may be asking the question "Why?!" Who'd want to have a bunch of cold water dumped on their skin after being in a sauna?! 🥶

As with many sauna strategies, it's for the betterment of your body. When you do a 10-second cold bucket shower after a sauna session, the sudden drop in temperature activates your body’s natural healing processes. You’ll feel it immediately: your skin tightens, your breath deepens, your senses sharpen. It’s a full reset in under 10 seconds!

Our bath bombs are made with vitamin E and baking soda to help heal and soften your skin. Sandalwood and cedarwood oils have also been added to create a relaxing and undoubtedly pleasant scent!

Each fizzy and colorful bath bomb is $7.50 and are available at our store at the Art of Sauna entrance. Soak away!

Welcome to 2026! Art of Sauna hopes that this will be our biggest year yet. We have plans to add new features, new services, and keep being at the forefront of local spa and sauna destinations.

Our new hours of operation have kicked in: we're now open two more hours each day from 9 AM to 10 PM daily, seven days of the week.
