Join Our Lifestyle Workshop!

October is an exciting month for us as it marks the celebration of both World Spine Day, 16th October and Chiropractic Health Month. To Celebrate this special month, Elign Health Centre is hosting a weekly lifestyle workshop as a community service to raise awareness of spine care and chiropractic health and contribute to a better wellbeing for a wider community.

You and your guests are welcome to join any one of the sessions. In a 40-50min session, we'll be covering useful facts and health information related to our spine, body, and health, and how you can live an active lifestyle.
