Shari Creates I can help you lose weight that's sustainable and fits with your lifestyle without being deprived. I’ve always loved cooking and eating!

It goes hand in hand, don’t you think? Over the years my methods and products have changed dramatically. Suppers used to be me opening a jar of a store bought sauce and pouring it over cooked spaghetti. My kids still reminisce about apple cake for breakfast! It was easy, but not nutritionally sound. I knew that something had to change and it was me. I lost weight and I started to take an interest

in what and how I was cooking. I experimented, sifted through all my cookbooks, used the Internet and went through all those magazines that I never threw away and found recipes that I modified without sacrificing taste! Eating better and changing things up with variety are essential in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Food and health should be simple. By posting different recipes on this page I am hoping to create a stir and help to inspire you to experiment with food a little more. 🥗Adding bright salads like this one are great to include when having company for dinner or even making it for yourself. It’s nice to mix things up!

💕Love, love love this loaf! It’s great to have an extra tucked away in the freezer if you have unexpected company drop by or over for dinner.

🧁I love making this into muffins (the recipe is on my website) and keeping some in my freezer for a yummy snack.

👍🏻I threw in a handful of white chocolate chips in the batter - absolutely yummy!

Sometimes I’m organized and have things already planned, but sometimes I’m not! During those times when I’m feeling a bit lazy, I open the fridge/ freezer to see what’s there and then try to come up with something.

I love trying new recipes and was asked if I could make a gluten free cookie. Many thanks to Megan for sharing her delicious recipes 💕

These cookies are delicious and made with chocolate chips. I was requested to make them with raisins - soooooo yummy!

👍🏻 Did I mention that they freeze well too?? (If there’s anything left to freeze!)

💕After 2 Seders with tons of food and way too many desserts, I need to get back to some healthier foods! These veggies are delish and a great addition to any meal.

I love making it during the week because:
1️⃣You can make it ahead of time and serve it room temperature
2️⃣You can swap the vegetables according to what’s seasonally available or what you like!
3️⃣Leftovers!
4️⃣Great side dish that goes with anything
5️⃣Easy meal prep that you can use for other meals
7️⃣Yummy & healthy!
