Shari Creates I can help you lose weight that's sustainable and fits with your lifestyle without being deprived. I’ve always loved cooking and eating!

It goes hand in hand, don’t you think? Over the years my methods and products have changed dramatically. Suppers used to be me opening a jar of a store bought sauce and pouring it over cooked spaghetti. My kids still reminisce about apple cake for breakfast! It was easy, but not nutritionally sound. I knew that something had to change and it was me. I lost weight and I started to take an interest in what and how I was cooking. I experimented, sifted through all my cookbooks, used the Internet and went through all those magazines that I never threw away and found recipes that I modified without sacrificing taste! Eating better and changing things up with variety are essential in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Food and health should be simple. By posting different recipes on this page I am hoping to create a stir and help to inspire you to experiment with food a little more. ❤️Blueberry Lemon Muffin Tops❤️

🤷‍♀️Have you ever baked with muffin top pans?

🫐This recipe has the perfect combination of lemon and blueberry in a nice compact size that is perfect with a cup of coffee or tea.

💕I used frozen blueberries in the batter, which is a great alternative to fresh. The blueberries thawed a bit before I gently added them so the batter turned a bit blue, but still a yummy treat!!!

❤️Baked Salmon with a Spiced Cocoa Rub❤️

✅Small changes lead to big results and it doesn’t take much effort to change up your seasonings so that you’ll get a whole new dish!

💕This is a very simple rub that you can use for many different foods. Try rubbing some on chicken pieces before you bake it or on different cuts of meat. I make extra rub and keep it in my pantry in a small glass jar.

➡️Don’t forget to label your spice jar so you can remember what’s inside!

💕As you can see in my photo, it doesn’t look like it’s made with walnuts! I realized that I didn’t have any, so I substituted pecans instead.
