Wild Bergamot - slightly tamed. Bergamot herbs are high in antioxidants, antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, astringent - good for digestive aid, sore throats, mouthwash, arthritis, and for menstrual cramping. My skimpy but delicious tomatoes harvest! Lol My peppers are doing a little - leetle bit better.

Gifted from Carol Davidson - Golden Rod ( bleeding, bladder infections, kidney stones, arthritis, diarrhea, fevers, fungal infections, varicose veins, edema - upper respiratory congestion stemming from allergies, sinusitis, flu, and the common cold), lavender and rosemary!! 20 boxes of canning, & 8 flats of filled salmon pints unpacked and put on a double shelving unit I made using two units worth of shelves all on one. Saved all the packing cardboard and zip ties and fully reinforced each joining, lined almost all the shelves. Zip tied it to the wall in 4 places - only place I'm worried, so may buy some heavier hooks to anchor it to. Oh, and I bought felt floor protectors and stuck them to clean used canning lids for under each leg. Will move my dried, smoked peppers and cooking herbs to the pantry cupboard and use the bookcase as a boot shelf, plus will need to raise the light fixture out of head-bonking way. Changing the old oak table for one I'm bringing from our PG home this month.

When we got back from up north, the house was full of fruit flies - I could understand the yard, as the apricots are still laying deep under their tree. But the house? Then I started to notice where they were congregating.... All that quick cleanup after canning fruit and drying fruit leather wasn't going to cut it... Doing a deep clean in my kitchen to get rid of all the hidden splashes, drops, spills of apricot sweetness.
