In an effort to continue with our ongoing ‘Community Giving’ initiative, our office will be sponsoring a few families this holiday season. We are looking for nominations starting now!

🎁 Do you know of a family struggling to make ends meet? Perhaps someone that doesn’t have any extras for the holidays?

We are asking for the first names, ages and interests of the family members, as well as a short paragraph explaining why they would be an ideal candidate(s). The families address and cell number is also required.

Feel free to nominate yourself or your own family.

Please submit information to katie@refreshedwellness.ca with the title ‘Nomination’ in the subject line. Chosen families or individuals will be contacted to arrange drop off. Thank you!
