God is 100% just and 100% loving. He blesses those who choose to live for Him. When we are troubled, He offers relief. He is our refuge, our ever-present help in times of trouble.

As David writes in Psalm 57:1, the Lord offers safety in the shadow of His wings. No matter what we face each day, we can be assured that God sees. He cares about each tear we shed and hears our cries for help. Rest in knowing that our perfect Father will never leave us to struggle alone. Inner beauty is so much more important than outer beauty! Scripture says that charm is deceptive and [outer] beauty is fleeting (Proverbs 31:30).

This camper learned a valuable lesson at Captivating Camp: We can't control our appearance, but we can control how beautiful our hearts are. Choose to have a beautiful heart today by cultivating characteristics such as kindness, empathy, selflessness, humility, and love. 🌼👧💙✨
