13th Rite of the Munay Ki Nurturing Ceremony:
These are to instruct Women who have received the 13th Rite. They teach how to nurture these Rites, so you may step into this beautiful Medicine.
Congratulations Sacred Wombym! I am so honoured and grateful that you chose me to transmit the 13th Rite of the Munay Ki. Walking the path of the 13th Rite will help bring you peace, and purpose. You may find that your creativity grows, in all ways.
As you step into this Medicine, call upon the Medicine Wombym and Higher Selves of all Sacred Womb Keepers, to help guide you to walk in a more sacred way. I am always available to you, as your āWombym Mother.ā May this path bring you happiness, fulfillment, and endless blessings.
You are to nurture these energetic seeds of transmission for 13 consecutive Moons. If you miss a Moon, you must begin again.
The only requirement is 13 candles. (I find tea lights work fine.) You are encouraged to make this ceremony as beautiful and personal as you choose. Many women choose to wear beautiful clothes, clothing representative of their ancestral lineage, or to be naked. You may incorporate flowers, wine, sacred Moon water, crystals, and anything else that calls to you. It is lovely to play soft, ethereal music.
If you still have your me**es, on your next cycle or on the Full Moon, find an intimate space and time to give some of your menstrual blood to the Earth. You may bleed directly on the Earth, or you collect some of your blood in a small container and place it on the Earth, or bury a soaked tissue, while repeating the following words:
āI RELEASE FEAR, SO I MAY EMBRACE FREEDOM.ļæ½I RELEASE PAIN, SO I MAY EMBRACE JOY.ļæ½I RELEASE ANGER, SO I MAY EMBRACE COMPASSION.ļæ½I RELEASE SADNESS, SO I MAY EMBRACE PEACE.ā
You are free to add any other words that feel right to you. It is especially powerful to drum or rattle during your Ceremony.
If you are a Croan, in your years of plenitude (during or after menopause) youāll do your ritual on the next dark Moon. (New Moon.) Create an intimate space to offer red wine or dark berry juice to Mother Earth, while repeating the words:
āI RELEASE FEAR, SO I MAY EMBRACE FREEDOM.ļæ½I RELEASE PAIN, SO I MAY EMBRACE JOY.ļæ½I RELEASE ANGER, SO I MAY EMBRACE COMPASSION.ļæ½I RELEASE SADNESS, SO I MAY EMBRACE PEACE.ā
You are free to add any other words that feel right to you.
It is required to perform your Ceremony for 13 consecutive Moons to fully empower your Womb. You are always welcome to do more.
If a girl before menarche - first menstrual blood - receives the rite, she offers white, pink, or red flowers to the full Moon. This is because her Womb is still blossoming, and she has not yet released her first flower. She may also repeat the words:
āI RELEASE FEAR, SO I MAY EMBRACE FREEDOM.ļæ½I RELEASE PAIN, SO I MAY EMBRACE JOY.ā
She is guided to say only the first two sentences, so she does not become overwhelmed. Then she is free to voice anything that resonates for her.
If you are pregnant you ALSO offer flowers during the full Moon -- celebrating the life you carry in your Womb, just as a Fertility Goddess. You can repeat these words:
āI RELEASE FEAR,ļæ½SO I MAY EMBRACE FREEDOM.ļæ½I RELEASE PAIN,ļæ½SO I MAY EMBRACE JOY.ļæ½I RELEASE DOUBTļæ½SO I MAY EMBRACE TRUTH.ā
You are free to add any other words that feel right to you.
After youāve given birth, it is especially beautiful and powerful to offer your placenta to Mother Earth and speak your heartās longing for the Life you have birthed. Intuitively cultivate a Year of Ceremony considering the steps above.
After nurturing the seeds of transmission for 13 consecutive Moons, you may embody the title of:
ā13th Rite of the Womb Sacred Womb Keeper.ā
Share the 13th Rite of the Womb with Women in your community. Each time you transmit the 13th Rite, you strengthen the power in your own Womb.
Letās heal our wombs. Letās heal our motherās wombs, our sisterās wombs, our daughterās wombs, our friendās wombs. As we heal the wombs of the world, we heal our Ancestors wombs, our lineage and the faces yet to come.
