Hello my Facebook Friends 🙂
My team and I ( Kareen's Amazing Yogis ) are doing the Push UP Challenge for CAMH and Su***de Prevention.
As most of you know my mother committed Su***de a year ago next month. I still think about it every day.
What you may not know is I have also had 2 uncles, my grandfather and a very close friend ( who was like family ) also end their own lives.
They have their own stories and each one is different, the reasons, the why...but what is the same is they felt this was their only way out.
