Looking for a way to move your body without needing childcare?
Our Little Movers class at Wildflower Yoga & Strength is designed for caregivers with babies from crawling to age 2. These classes give you time to stretch, strengthen, and reconnect with your body while your little one roams the room. We finish each class with interactive songs that support your child’s coordination and awareness. Next session starts this week, sign up now!

If you’re done with the cycle of restriction, guilt, and starting over, this series offers a different way forward.

Through group hypnotherapy, gentle sound therapy, and practical tools, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with your body’s wisdom—learning to eat well, move with joy, and feel more at home in your own skin.

This is not about control or willpower.
It’s about listening, softening, and allowing ease back into your relationship with food and your body.
