Did you know that your baby’s head shape is affected by how they are positioned throughout the day and night?

Your baby’s head is especially soft and malleable in the first 4 months of life, so this is a key time to position them in ways that keep their head round! You can also correct some head shape asymmetries during this time with the right tips and techniques.

Being proactive in preparing for the first few months after delivery can make such a difference to healing and recovery. I wish I’d known how to prepare for this time. Many of you may not have heard of . Every year, Pilates lovers around the world join in a month long celebration of Pilates: one day at a time, one movement at a time. The idea is to post one movement out of the traditional Mat exercise sequence every day.

With everything happening in the world, I didn’t feel like celebrating this year. Then I started to see posts from Ukrainian Pilates instructors who were in unimaginable circumstances. Say hello to our newest addition to the studio! My favourite thing about this apparatus is that it makes our space even more accessible. The Rehab V2 Max Reformer by sits higher from the floor than our other Reformers, making it easier to access for many people, including those that need to transfer from a wheelchair.

We also now have a cardio tramp for fun and freedom of movement!
