I am an RMT with over 12 years experience, 3 years experience teaching the 2200 hour Massage Therapy Program. I can help with chronic pain, muscle strain, injuries, stress reduction, and sport therapy. I use a variety of techniques including myofascial cupping, hot stone, hot bamboo fusion, deep tissue, myofascial release, relaxation, trigger point therapy, gua sha, pre/postnatal, and MRT. I have a private home practice located in Winston Heights and am accepting new clients.
