3๏ธโฃ OA isnโt unavoidable! Take control: be active, manage conditions, optimize weight, handle forces, quit smoking, limit drinking, get stronger. Some causes are within our control!
4๏ธโฃ โMy knees are bone on boneโ โ Think again! Synovial fluid cushions, scans tell only part of the story, intervention based on symptoms, not just scans. Low-grade inflammationโs effects arenโt visible on X-ray.
