Welcome to La Viva Wellness & Nutrition!

My name is Francoise de Poyen-Bellisle and I am a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, a Graduate of CSNN, Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I will guide you and teach you, step by step how to increase or keep your vitality. I show clients how to prepare, combine and choose the foods best to nourish your mind, body and soul.

I started my journey in the beauty and wellness in 1975 after I graduated from the University of Esthetique in Paris France. After 42 successful years of practice, transforming my client’s skin and wellbeing with my meticulous treatments as well through the guidance of proper nutrition and lifestyle. Supported by my believes and slogan: “True Beauty Through the Canvas of your Skin”.

In 2015, I closed; The French Beauty studio, for a boating adventure that lasted three years. Then back on firm grown in 2019, I decided to pursue my passion for nutrition. Today I’m a Graduate of CSNN, Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I am filled with desire and hope to help as many people live a healthy, happy and painless life.
