�As the year comes to a close, we invite you to slow down, reconnect, and create something truly Made with Love.

Join us for an evening of silk scarf painting… a gentle, expressive arts experience where color, texture, and imagination come together in a flow of creativity. With guidance, you’ll explore intuitive painting techniques on silk, creating a one-of-a-kind piece to take home.

December 12, 2025 | 5:00–7:30 PM | $75

Whether your finished scarf becomes a cherished gift for someone special or a beautiful reminder of your own creative spirit, this night is an opportunity to relax, play, and express yourself in a supportive, heart-centered space.

Today is the International Transgender day of Remembrance. 🏳️‍⚧️

We remember and honour the lives of transgender people who have been lost to violence and discrimination.

We remember to keep learning, sharing, and listening with open hearts to each other.

We remember to stand in solidarity with the trans community, committing to uplifting their voices, and to continue working toward a world where everyone can live openly, safely, authentically and with dignity. 💕

✨Find the Light Art Workshops are back!! ✨

As we start losing our daily light-come practice finding the light through art!

Using mixed media, writing, conversation, ritual and collective inspiration, we will create playful expressive art and thoughtful reflections. 🎨 Come connect in community, connect to yourself and connect to the greater mystery. We will explore the theme of how we find the light today and everyday.

One week until my last workshop of the year! As the nights get longer and the snow blankets us, it is a good time to go inwards to explore shadow and rest.

This will an incredible workshop. Come honour your grief through art and the gentle guidance of AH Counselling.

All change brings with it loss, whether this is through death, differing pathways, or growth. My November workshop will be a 2 hour expressive arts exploration of loss, in whatever form it is showing up for you. Expect written and art activities followed by a small vigil.
