That ease doesn’t mean disengagement,
and that safety is something I can choose within myself, and the right people.

This is the kind of settling I am here for,
the kind that feels really good.

As this year comes to a close,
I wish for you to end it gently.

Not with regret.
Not gripping to resentment and pain.
Just….with a little more ease.

Maybe this year was way too uncomfortable and asked far too much of you.
Perhaps it moved too quickly, you weren’t able to be present for as much as you wanted.
Or, you walked closely in shadow and learnt how to hold your own light.

Maybe grief visited, more often than you expected, and moments of joy were harder to notice, circumstantially.

Regardless of what was,
consider leaning into what is true for us all, right now.

This present moment,
is the only moment present.

May you enter the new year with clarity, adaptability, and the willingness to show up in truth, each and everyday, to witness the endless possibilities that this beautifully layered and complex journey has to offer us.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

Your path unfolds as you walk it.

I have had the honour of sitting in here and receiving a bounty of connection over the past 3 weeks.

To watch possibilities unfold, the team being actualised through learning, and hearing the wisdom that lives in over 100 souls.

This has been a beautiful invitation to myself, in meeting you all, and every single interaction, in my eyes, have been sacred and holy.

My commitment to honour my true self and unconventional ways, have been validated by not only by witnessing immense expansion in strangers over a short 15 minute call, but also from a plethora of heartwarming emails and messages following, expressing gratitude.

Whether we’ve met or not- I wish you never lose sight of your brilliance.

The courage it takes to show up in authenticity is completely underrated.

I see your abilities.
I value your essence.

I cannot bear witness to any more wisdom being weaponised.

Where healing has become harmful.
When intention becomes, with intent.

Bypassing in forms of self avoidance, the good vibes only, manifesting buzzwords and crowning fully healed masters, in a weekend.

The manicured aesthetics, filters, love and light decorated with feathers, landing in vulnerable places, within the layers of lies that avoid the raw, real, relatable version staring back in the mirror.

These pedestals are poison.
They are dangerous dharmas.

Wild Heart Wellbeing has, is, and forever will be built and grown with truth and integrity.

We are here to hold open a door for you, the very same ones we walk through, ourselves.

Consciously and courageously doing the never-ending, always evolving work….right alongside you.

Because, there is no reason, ever, to see spiritual authority exist, especially, without accountability.
