Here are some things your massage therapist wants you to know 👇🏼👇🏼
✨Communication is key
Let us know about your pressure preference, areas of pain, injuries, or if something doesn’t feel right. We want you to feel comfortable and get the most out of your session.
✨Hydration is key
Drinking water before and after your massage supports circulation and recovery. It also helps your muscles respond better to the work we do.
✨It’s normal to be a little sore
After deeper treatments, some tenderness the next day is expected—like post-workout soreness. Gentle stretching, rest, and water can help ease it. However, we don’t believe in the “no pain, no gain” mentality so if anything ever feels like too much, don’t ever hesitate to say so !
✨Relaxation looks different for everyone
You don’t have to be silent, fall asleep, or “clear your mind” for it to work. Some people chat, some snore, some just breathe deeply—all are perfectly fine.
✨Massage is not just a luxury
It’s also a form of therapy that can help with stress management, pain relief, improved mobility, and overall wellness—not just a “treat.”
Don’t hesitate and book your next massage today, your body deserves this !
