Im behind on sharing all the new things happening at Wild Sage these days!

PC Express completely dropped the ball on my order, and I’m honestly shocked at how bad the communication has been.

I placed a delivery order on Nov 29 for Nov 30 — it was never delivered, and I got ZERO updates. No delay notice, no cancellation, nothing.
Meanwhile, PC Express is still holding my money for a delivery that never even happened.

This is a total failure of:

Their guaranteed delivery window

Required customer notifications

Basic customer support

Proper release of payment holds

Please fix this. Release my funds and address what went wrong. This is not acceptable service.

I’m now welcoming clients to my new clinic space — just down the street from the old location. Same great treatments, fresh new energy, and yes… an elevator that actually works 😄
