Poor posture can lead to neck pain, back discomfort, and even long-term muscle imbalances. Here are two easy posture fixes you can start using today!

✅ Keep Screens at Eye Level
🔹 Constantly looking down at your phone or monitor strains your neck and shoulders.
🔹 Fix: Adjust your screen height so your eyes are level with the top of the screen. Hold your phone at eye level to avoid “text neck.”

✅ Engage Your Core
🔹 A weak core can lead to slouching, lower back pain, and poor posture.
🔹 Fix: Slightly brace your abs when sitting or standing to provide spinal support and maintain stability.
