Everyone can benefit from a good stretch🙋‍♀️! That's why we'll be at the Bob Bahan Aquatic & Fitness Centre tomorrow attending a gentle stretch class.

This week is another short week thanks to the long weekend, but a busy one!
Gym Buddies 🏃‍♀️ is scheduled for this Tuesday at 10 AM at Bob Bahan Fitness & Aquatic Centre. Circle of Security continues on Wednesday in the morning, and in the afternoon we have another session of Art & Heart Creations where you can get crafty🎨! Thursday has a meeting of Book Club 📖in the morning and a session of Men in Action in the afternoon, and Friday has Coffee & Chill online.
