❄️ Got lots of snow? Stay safe while shoveling!
With all the fresh snow we’ve had, many of us will be clearing driveways and walkways. Before you head outside, check out these helpful snow-shoveling tips from Dr. Laura Baxter to protect your back and prevent injury.

A few quick reminders:
✔️ Warm up your muscles before you start
✔️ Push snow when possible instead of lifting
✔️ Bend your knees — not your back
✔️ Take breaks and pace yourself
