A smooth ride for safety at home! Our Ottawa Home Access Team, Luc and Ray, just installed a custom curved Bruno Independent Living Aids stairlift tailored to this client’s staircase 🙌
From first measurement to final test ride, it’s all about independence, comfort, and reliability. 🏡⬆️

What a day at ! 🎉 We hosted the Salius Rehab team for a full-day celebration of their Rehabilitation Assistants. These RAs play a vital role delivering personalized exercise programs designed and overseen by PTs and OTs - supporting residents’ comfort, confidence, and mobility with care and professionalism. 💙

The day brought everyone together with games, awards, and hands-on education: proper wheelchair setup, identifying wheelchair parts and tools, lifts and slings, and mattress options. The Salius team was engaged, energetic, and eager to learn!

Huge thanks to Salius Rehab for inviting NSM to host and participate. 🙌

Today we recognize National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and the ongoing inter-generational impact of the residential school system in Canada. We honour Survivors, their families and communities, and the children who never returned home.

Bobbie Lopez (right) teamed up with Vancouver Coastal Health Regional Clinical Resource Educators Katrina Cerrado and Ross McEachern for a lunch & learn with 25 clinicians. It was a great second session on product parameters! We covered: why accurate product parameters matter for NSM Mobility Specialists, the pros and cons of seat dump, and a range of backrest options—from basic to complex. Thanks to everyone who joined! 🙌💻
