Lots of flexible, super affordable options depending on what you need - maybe you need a space to see clients one or two days week … or just evenings and weekends!

The studio is 360 square feet. It is bright and beautiful. Perfect for all healing practitioners, life coaches, therapists and professionals. The building is centrally located in the Currie Barracks with free parking.

There is a treatment bed for body work + comfy chairs for consultations/conversational appointments…

Or the space can be configured for yoga mats/meditation pillows…

Also available are enough tables and chairs to host up to 12 people for a workshop/support circle…

Or maybe you need a light-filled space to record videos or work solo…

Included in the space:
* nespresso coffee
* electric kettle
* treatment bed (you just provide linens)
* cozy chairs for 2
* folding tables and chairs for 12
* peaceful vibes

Spend a day with Katie of Sound & Sage Healing and with Lisa Wong of Creating Balance, to learn about Oracle Cards and their meaning. We take time to chat about purchasing and cleansing your deck, connecting in with your deck, and connecting in with the Spirit Guardian of your deck. Throughout the day, we will be sharing a grounding meditation, connection meditation, and a closing gratitude mediation.

There will be plenty of time for you to practice and get to know your deck and tap into your intuition.

Katie has been a holistic energy practitioner since 2016, with an abundance of training in modalities such as BodyTalk, Usui Reiki, and HelioSol. When she’s not out riding her horse or herding with her dog, she can be found working with people of all ages, animals of all sizes, and hosting the odd workshop or course.

Having recently joined us from a maternity leave, Katie has a fresh perspective in healing the inner child, balancing the masculine and feminine energies, and upgrading our systems to our new, incoming light energies. Working to shift out of old beliefs, optimizing our physical, emotional and spiritual health, she looks forward to working alongside you on your healing journey.
