Welcome to my page, I'm so happy you are here! I'm Kristen; I'm a certified Yoga teacher, trained as an instructor through Stott Pilates, and I teach breath and movement classes. This last year has taught me to let go of any concept of perfection or ideas of what SHOULD be, and to be more gentle. With myself, with loved ones, with acqaintances and strangers. To allow and be gentle with what shows
up in each moment, and to move through with compassion. My classes today continue to evolve with my own daily practices, energized by the people like you that I have the joy of working with. I love to combine dynamic exercises with longer static postures into a flowing, fluid experience. I believe in celebrating our bodies and minds, and I encourage you to practice with the intention of honouring yourself with healthy movement, nourishing breath. Itβs my goal to have you leave class feeling stronger, more centred, and more at peace than when you arrived. I hope to have the opportunity to practice with you sometime very soon .
