Fatigue is not just a minor inconvenience; it’s often the thing that weighs you down and prevents you from doing all the things that you want to in life.

It’s a vicious cycle.

Low energy = less likelihood of good health habits like exercise, preparing nutritious food or even socialising (which is so important for our mental health).

And no, you’re not just “getting older”. We can expect to have good energy well into our 60s and beyond, let alone our 30s and 40s.

What do issues with skin, mood, weight, hormones and immunity all have in common? 🤔

If you’ve been struggling with a health problem in one of these areas and keeping hitting a wall… it’s time to consider the influence of your gut microbiome.

Disruptions to a healthy gut microbiome may look like too few beneficial bacteria that play a regulatory role in your health, and/or other opportunistic bugs that drive inflammation and disease.

I can attest that this type of anxiety is the absolute worst feeling.

Not only because it doesn’t make logical sense, but because those moments of high anxiety or even panic attacks seem to come out of nowhere.

And that makes you more anxious, because you never know when it will strike - it might be in the car, or in a meeting, or out to dinner with friends 🫠

So you fear going anywhere or doing anything … you develop anxiety about anxiety.

I’m telling you all of this from “the other side”, after many years of learning what works and what doesn’t work for people who experience anxiety in this way.
