Unfortunately, some research on these supplements has been overly sensationalized, emphasizing the pivotal role of lifestyle and diet becomes crucial.

As a food-first dietitian, I advocate that the least glamorous path often proves the most sensible. 🍎 Prioritizing a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, pulses, nuts, and seeds while minimizing ultra-processed foods is fundamental for maintaining good health and supporting optimal gut function. 🌽
